Nobody likes being rejected. Whether it’s getting ghosted after what you thought was a great date, being told “you’re just not my type,” getting turned down for sex, or realizing the person you really like just doesn’t feel the same way — rejection can hit your ego, your confidence, and sometimes your entire sense of self.
